Experience:
As a business consultant, Craig utilises the general commercial skills gained in his years of exposure as a lawyer to a wide range of commercial and property issues and is able to apply these skills to assist clients with a variety of situations of a non-legal nature. Craig also has a business degree to supplement his commercial skills.
Whether the client is seeking to call tenders for a particular project and needs to maximise the quality of tenders it receives or is looking to submit a tender for a particular job, and wants to maximise the chance that their tender will be successful, Craig’s years of experience in writing both tender documents and assisting clients with tender submissions, will be of great assistance.
Having acted for both state and local Governments, as well as government business enterprises, for eight years, Craig is widely experienced in dealing with all levels of Government and can assist clients in any dealings they may have with Local Councils or Government Departments.
Summary of Work History:
Craig joined The 20/20 Group in June 2006 having previously worked as a solicitor in Cairns since 1998. As a solicitor, Craig worked in the Commercial, Property and Government fields of law at well known local firm MacDonnells.
Since joining The 20/20 Group, Craig has successfully undertaken a variety of projects, from property research and reports to business recovery plans for businesses adversely affected by Cyclone Larry.
Craig also has international experience, having worked in London for 12 months as an in-house solicitor for an FTSE 100 company in Marks and Spencer p.l.c whilst on a working holiday to the UK in 2001/2002.

Craig is a long time resident of the North, having been born and raised in the Douglas Shire, before heading south to attend University and returning to the North upon graduation.
