Skills and Experience:
Jessica joined The 20/20 Group as administrator in March 2010. Having completed her studies in 2008 Jessica worked as a full time receptionist for Lords Insurance, where she developed valuable communication and organisational skills. Jessica also gained experience volunteering as an educational assistant for Queensland Studies Authority, where she was required to manage a range of administrative and specialized tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Jessica is responsible for but not limited to providing professional, accurate, timely and consistent services and dedicated support to the entire team at 20/20. Jessica’s experience has given her a wide understanding of her role as an administrative assistant and has also provided her with the ability to confidently liaise with both clients and suppliers.
In terms of administrative support Jessica is responsible for:
- Providing assistance for the day to day operations of the office
- Reception duties and customer service
- Processing of accounts and time sheets
- Maintenance of the firms database including archiving internal files
- Arranging catering and function hire
- Organisation of meetings and appointments
