Skills and Experience:
Michelle joined The 20/20 Group in February 2008 as office administrator, working closely with the rest of the team to provide accurate and timely support to the firm’s consultants as well as to clients. Soon after completing her Certificate III in Business and Administration, Michelle was promoted to her new role within the firm.
Michelle has a range of developed skills in the artistic creation and production of various marketing collateral including websites, advertisements, newsletters, flyers, posters, business cards and signage. Furthermore she is responsible for designing and writing the company’s newsletter, making sure the website is kept up to date and assisting with all aspects of marketing activities for The 20/20 Group.
Michelle provides administrative support for the firm’s market research and community engagement projects. This includes organising open days, displays, making arrangements for focus group such as venue selection (when off site) and arranging catering. It also includes preparing name badges, attendance sheets, note taking and preparing transcripts of focus groups.

Michelle is in the process of completing a Bachelor of Business degree (Accounting & Marketing) and holds a Certificate III in Business and Administration. |
