An internet-based, home delivery and wholesale business engaged The 20/20 Group to develop a Strategic Marketing Plan that would devise a growth strategy for its two business streams. In order to provide qualified recommendations, The 20/20 Group started the process with market and customer research to determine the consumers needs, perceptions and motivators.

The objectives were to increase and sustain the number of orders received and to ensure that the business continued to grow through word of mouth, quality products and service. The 20/20 Group achieved these goals by using the following methods:
