Tammy Doolan Title: Junior Consultant Ph:     (07) 4040 6555 Email: tammy.doolan@the2020group.com.au Areas of Specialty: Marketing Implementation Bookkeeping Skills and Experience: Tammy joined The 20/20 Group in July 2006 as office administrator working closely with the rest of the team to provide accurate and timely support to the firm’s consultants as well as to clients.  Soon after completing her Certificate III in Business and Administration, Tammy was promoted to her new role within the firm as Junior Consultant.   Tammy has a range of developed skills in the artistic creation and production of various marketing collateral including advertisements, newsletters, flyers, posters, business cards and signage.  Furthermore she is responsible for designing and writing the company’s newsletter, making sure the website is kept up to date and assisting with all aspects of marketing activities for The 20/20 Group. Tammy’s experience in business and administration has also contributed towards upgrading The 20/20 Group’s internal archive filing system and contents library. Summary of Work History: Prior to joining The 20/20 Group, Tammy worked in the interior design industry for over two years where she developed a broad range of skills in sales, consulting and administration.  As well as building and maintaining corporate relationships and managing company accounts, Tammy assisted clients including some major developers in the Cairns Business District with the task of providing soft furnishings and fittings to their interiors. Tammy’s previous experience also includes a further four years working within the retail industry where she gained valuable knowledge in customer relations, merchandising and store presentation.
